The AHFM established by a group of dedicated Hills residents has a vision to promote fresh, seasonal and regional food and to establish a community event that provides for an enjoyable experience when buying food.
AHFM aims to develop an opportunity for the residents of the Adelaide Hills region to purchase fresh local produce and products direct from the grower or the manufacturer of the product. Those residents who grow or make food related products are invited to participate at the Market.
